Cancellation Policy

All payments and fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced. To reschedule your appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations will result in forfeiture of your paid fee, and a $49 cancellation fee automatically charged to the card on file. No exceptions. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may also result in forfeiture of the deposit or a partial service fee charge. We understand that emergencies can arise, and requests for exceptions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Milan Aesthetics. Appointment Grace Period: We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Clients arriving within this time will be accommodated as scheduled. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late are subject to having their appointments cancelled, and their deposit or remaining balance will not be refunded. Additionally, a $49 late fee will be automatically charged to the card on file. This policy is in place to respect all clients’ time and ensure our schedule runs efficiently. No Call / No Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up to their appointments without prior 24-hour notice will be charged: A $49 No Show fee up to the full cost of the scheduled service, which will be automatically charged to the card on file. No exceptions. Package and Session Purchase Policy: When purchasing a package, all sessions must be completed within 60 days of the purchase date unless otherwise stated. Any remaining unused sessions after this period will be forfeited. No exceptions. Single treatment sessions must be used within 30 days of the purchase date. If a client misses treatments for two consecutive weeks without prior notice, their package will be considered null and void. Additional sessions must be purchased to continue treatment. Milan Aesthetics Disclaimer: Cavitation Sessions: Must be scheduled at least 72 hours apart for safety reasons. Our services are non-surgical and non-invasive, aiming to contour and sculpt the body without surgical risks or downtime. Results may vary based on the individual. Milan Aesthetics does not guarantee outcomes, as they depend on the client’s adherence to aftercare instructions. By purchasing a treatment or booking an appointment, clients agree to adhere to the policies outlined by Milan Aesthetics.
